Kind of disagree, as they shouldn't publish the following

Why do you disclose that if there is no merit, or it is awaiting further details? That's a pretty darn specific clause. It raises the question, which is why should USC, Stanford, or other teams be able to count Notre Dame as an ACC opponent? It wasn't considered an ACC game prior to the alliance? If ND is contracted to play two Pac-12 teams, then does the ACC get to count part of that towards its Pac-12 games? It seems very inequitable and lacks common sense at its surface. If the Alliance publishes something that is likely to raise questions, then they should be smart enough to disclaim why and how it makes sense for all parties.
